Garnacha. 80-year-old vineyards.
This wine was made in French oak barrels with manual pump-overs for 15 days until alcoholic fermentation had finished. It was then transferred to Tronçais French oak barrels in which malolactic fermentation took place. Once this had been completed, the wine was racked every four months for a year. The aging process was completed in the bottle where the wine remained for 12 months before being put on sale.
