Tempranillo. 50-year-old vineyards situated at an altitude of 625 m.
Made in our new winery for “singular” wines. After hand-picking in low-capacity baskets, followed by a rest in a cold store at a temperature of 5 ºC for 18 hours, the grapes were inspected bunch by bunch on our selection table. The best grapes were then taken to 5000 kg tanks for fermentation.
No clarifying agents of animal origin are used in the making of this wine. No sulphur dioxide is used either. Our wine is therefore suitable for vegans and is free of sulphites.
Production: 6,000 bottles.
